Order www.nplusbynoer.dk is open 24 hours a day, with the exception of when we close the site for maintenance.
To make a purchase on www.nplusbynoer.dk, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit card.
How to order You choose the items you like in the size that fits and put them in the basket. You can always see the contents of the basket and the prices of the items. When you are ready to complete the purchase, you simply go to the checkout and fill in the information.
Payment N+ by NÖR accepts the following payment methods: VISA, VISA Electron, Mobile Pay, Mastercard, PayPal. When you pay by card, your card will be debited on the day your order is dispatched.
Delivery N+ by NÖR ships orders Monday to Friday.
Delivery time 2-4 days, depending on destination.
Cancellation We may cancel an order if an item is no longer available for any reason. If this is the case, we will notify you and refund the amount on your card.
Complaints / defective products In the event of a defective product, we will replace it if possible. If the product is sold out, we will credit the amount to the card used for the order. If you have any questions, you can always contact customer support.
You can submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Consumer Complaints Board, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. You can submit a complaint online via the Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus.
Return If you need to return an item, you must do so within 14 days from the date you received the item. All returned products must be in new, unused condition with the hangtag attached. When returning an item, please use the return form and write your order number, name and reason for return. We will then refund the amount to the credit card used within 8-10 days. We currently offer free returns.
