Refund Policy
We of course hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if this is not the case, you are always welcome to return your goods to us. You must return in original packaging and reuse the shipping bag,
We only offer a free return service in Denmark.
Returned goods are sent to:

We only receive packages that are sent directly to the address. We do not have the option of collecting parcels from parcel shops or parcel boxes.
Return:
If you want to send your package back, find your return label here at returpakke.dk . NB! Use the code " N+RETUR " to get a free return label. This can only be ordered ONCE . You will receive it in your inbox (check your spam filter) and it may take 5-8 minutes before it arrives. You must print out your return label yourself.

Please note that if the return form is missing upon receipt, the return process will unfortunately be delayed.

IMPORTANT: Remember to add the order number on your return so we can easily track it.
Instructions for returns:
1. Put a return label on the outside of the package.
2. Hand in the parcel at the nearest GLS parcel shop.
3. Always ask for a receipt on delivery, then your package is insured and we can always see the status of your shipment.
The condition of the item when you send it back
All goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Pack the products carefully. The return item must of course be free of wear and signs of use.
Right of withdrawal
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. Your right of withdrawal applies from the day the order was received at the stated delivery address. If you have ordered delivery to a parcel shop, the cancellation period starts from the day the order was delivered to the recipient address.
Exchange
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or a different product, you must send the item back and go to nplusbunoer.dk and place a new order. This can be done immediately, so you can secure the desired product in the right size before it is sold out.
We will refund the purchase amount for the returned item as soon as we have received it in our warehouse. A return normally takes between 7-10 business days.
Refund
We will refund your money as soon as we have received and checked your return. It takes an average of 7-10 working days (Mon-Fri) from the time your return is dispatched until it is registered in our warehouse. You will receive an e-mail with confirmation of the registration and the refund of the purchase amount. Shipping on purchases for less than DKK 999 is not refunded
