It is important to us to create a good shopping experience and that you therefore have the opportunity to try on the clothes in peace and quiet, at home.

That is why N+by Nør offers an easy return scheme with GLS. When you use our return service, you are also fully insured in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.

RETURNING GOODS – STEP BY STEP

  • You will then receive a prepaid return shipping label by e-mail.
  • Pack the returned goods
  • REMEMBER always fill out the return form👇
Fill and place return form in the package. The goods are securely packed in their original bags/packaging incl. various labels and hangtags.
  • Place the prepaid return shipping label visibly on the outside of the package.
  • Hand over and return the parcel at your local GLS parcel shop within 14 days after you originally received the shipment.

Please note that we only offer free returns once per order. If you want to return part or all of your order a second time, you must pay for the shipping yourself. See address further down. You are then also responsible for the shipment until it is received at our warehouse.

EXCHANGE SERVICE

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size, a new type of item or alternative colour, please return your item to us to get the money back and then make a new purchase yourself at www.nplusbynoer.dk

In this way, you are also ensured that the desired item is reserved for you.

REFUND

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. If the entire order is returned, you will receive a refund of the full amount. When you return fewer items than the entire order, you will only be refunded the amount for the item(s) you are returning.

Please be aware that there may be a 3-4 day delay from the time you receive a receipt for the return of your item until the refunded amount is back in your account. The time frame for repayment depends on the credit card used and the card issuer. In the event that the recipient of the product does not match the purchaser of the product, the return amount will be refunded to the original purchaser and credit card holder. Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase (DKK).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Goods must be returned to us in perfect condition. Make sure all products are in the same condition as when you received them, with tags attached and packaging included. Of course, the packaging may be marked with shipping and testing, but feel free to attach it anyway.

We ask that items be returned through our returns service to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you are welcome to return the item in another way. Note, however, that the responsibility for the shipment in that case passes to you.
